Why did you decide to be a Career Peer Ambassador?

I became a career peer ambassador because it is important to utilize the time, we are in college to figure out our careers. As a college student, I think building our career now is integral in relieving the stress of unemployment after graduation. The center of career development and internships permitted me to construct a concise and strategic plan for networking and gaining exposure in my future career, before beginning my career.

What is the best thing about being a Career Peer Ambassador?

The best thing is building connections, networking with faculty and students as well as outside organizations and companies.

Shopping with friends and family. I also really like to cook.

What do you do for fun?

Anything to do with music – creating it, playing it, listening to it.

Favorite 91ÇÑ×Ómemory?

Why did you decide to be a Career Peer Ambassador?

I joined a presentation a good friend and (now) fellow colleague held to have many majors/minors come together to learn that it's okay not to know where you want to be when you graduate. We had a Q&A session where I learned much about my peers' uncertainty about their futures. I know where I want to be when I graduate and in the future, so getting to share my story and helping others sparked a connection between myself and this group.

What is the best thing about being a Career Peer Ambassador?

Getting to share information I wish I knew sooner to help individuals pursue their dream careers.
